Rooted in service. Growing in Alaska.
For Ice and Ryan, Red Cabin Farm started with an unexpected opportunity near the end of the road in Homer. What followed is a hands-on journey in flowers, community, and stewardship.

A new chapter, with deep roots.
Ryan grew up farming in Iowa, and kept gardening even after leaving for the Air Force Academy. Ice served in the Air Force and later worked with the Alaska State Fire Marshal Office.
The couple discovered the farm during a family trip to Homer and took on the work of continuing its late-summer flower-growing tradition.
Today the farm reflects their belief in service, local food security, growing well, and making life a little brighter with flowers.
More than flowers.
Care for the land
Thoughtful farming and sustainable practices, season by season.
Support community
Working with neighbors, local businesses, and fellow Alaskans.
Honor service
Remembering and supporting veterans and their families.
